- Platters of mixed Salamis with Pickles, Cherry Tomatoes & Olives with Chilli & Lime Melon Balls
- Mixed Fish platters with large flakes of Salmon, Smoked Salmon, Smoked Mackerel, Smoked Trout, Prawns and Mixed Seafood with Lemon & Dill Dressing
- Various Dips of Broad Bean, Spiced Aubergine Humous & Tapenade with Mixed Olives and dipping Croustades, Bruschetta & Grissini
- Tuscan Roasted Peppers with Tomatoes, Garlic & Paprika with Parma Ham & Parmesan Shavings
- Prawn Platter with Chilli Prawn Skewers, Giant Prawns with Aioli & Lemon Dressed Prawns on Crisp Lettuce
