Red & yellow peppers roasted with tomato, garlic, anchovies, olive oil & olives topped with parmesan shavings.

Smoked salmon with watercress, hot smoked salmon & spinach frittata & gravlax with dill & mustard dressing.

A layered terrine of salmon & smoked haddock spiked with prawns and dill served with a little mixed salad & roasted cherry tomatoes.
